The White Weeping Willow Tree

This was the weeping willow tree in the backyard of my old house in America. This was the kind of snow we would get almost every year, ICE. It would be soo cold!!! I hated it so much! But what could I do? School would be canceled though, that was a good thing.
One time, school was canceled for 3 straight days because of these ice storms. It ruled but I was practically frozen!!! Anyway, does anyone else have these yearly issues?
